General Policy

The primary guest checking in to the villa must be at least above 18 years of age.
Children below age of 18 will be allowed with guardians only.
If children above 12 years of age are staying with parents/guardians in triple occupancy will be charged, extra up to INR 1200.
Extra Mattress is Subject to availability.
Complimentary Breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
Pet’s are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area.
All the rooms are non-smoking.
Payment Gateways at Homestay: Visa, Master Card, RuPay, Paytm, UPI.
Guest with Local IDs will not be allowed to check-in, Hamir Villa Homestay reserves the right of admission. Accommodation will be denied to guests residing in the same city.
Doctor on call, First Aid Services.
Paid Pickup/drop transfers.
Early Check-in is Subjected to availability.
Wake-up-call on request.
Visitors are not allowed in the guest’s room, with or without the occupant.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation/Bookings can be canceled 60 Days priors to arrival date.
There will be no Reservation/Booking cancellation charges if cancel within 24 hrs of booking made.
If notice of cancellation is made within 60 days of the guest’s intended arrival, the value of one night stay plus relevant taxes shall be charged.
If notice of cancellation or any amendment or modifications made within 30 day of the guest’s arrival, 100% of the expected billing plus relevant taxes shall be charged. 100 % of the expected billing with taxes shall be levied in case of No Show.
Cash Payments of INR 20,000 and above by Indian Residents require a PAN card.

Guarantee Policy

In order for a reservation to be confirmed a credit card guarantee or a 100% advance deposit (in the case of wire transfer or cash payment) is required at the time of making the reservation. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released 60 days prior to date of arrival. For reservation enquiries made within 60 days of arrival the reservation needs to be guaranteed with Credit card details, wire transfer or cash.
